Many people are starting new businesses and most of them fail. I have also tried many different businesses. Then I started seeing what the successful businesses all have in common: They have these 5 steps that they all have.

Here are the 5 Steps:

• Customer Focused
• Marketing - Personal Brand
• Solving a Problem for that Customer
• Setting up a way to collect Payments
• Then bring it all together in a funnel.

That literarily it. It doesn’t take more. Just do this and then get it out and start optimising it more.
